Chetan Bhojani Chetan Bhojani has more than 18 years of experience in Strategic management, Cultural Change Management, System Design & Implementation, Training & Development and leadership development, competence development, productivity enhancement. Chetan holds Masters in Information Technology and Masters in Chemistry and perusing Behavioral Psychology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA.

Chetan has worked with many reputed organizations at lead managerial role in diversified industries. He is the founder of Add Value Consultants - A Management consulting firm engaged in providing growth acceleration to the industries of North and western India. His last association was with a Healthcare IT/ITeS company as Head-HR (India & US). Previously he has served the reputed Mahindra group and designated as Manager Human Resources-WEST with Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd (Popularly known as Club Mahindra). He was managing Human Resources function for Gujarat, & Rajasthan region.

He is associated as a Secretary with Saurashtra Kutchh HR Forum (An association of Human Resource Management professionals of Saurashtra & Kutchh region). He has been an instrumental in organizing and coordinating various training programmes at Saurashtra Kutchh HR Forum since year 2008-09.

He is appointed as a Mentor to the Start ups on National level by CII Start up Coalition Initiative.

He is a strategic Advisor to many organizations in Western and Northern India.

He has conducted various training programmes for SMEs of North and Western India for Productivity Improvement and people Management. He has been an instrumental in organizing many state level, national level and international seminars.

He has also conducted and coordinated many Management skill development programmes at various organizations and institutions.

He has a diverse experience of managing people from bottom of the pyramid i.e. workers to the Key executives and top level managers with equal effectiveness.

He has been an instrumental in providing management solutions to some key projects of organizational restructuring and productivity enhancements in various parts of the country, which has given him a diverse exposure to various demographic and people issues across the industries.
